Questions before you submit
Does it cost anything to submit a profile?
No. Free for candidates. Always. HealthcareRecruitment.ca is paid by the facility, so you never pay to submit a profile or to be placed. If anyone asks you for money to find you work, that is not us, and you should tell us right away.
Who sees my resume?
Our recruiters. We share it with a facility only after we talk with you and you agree to the specific role. You stay in control of where your profile goes, and you can ask us to stop at any point. Our Privacy Policy explains how we store and use what you send.
Will you contact my current employer?
No. We only contact references you give us, with your permission. Your current employer is not told that you have submitted a profile, and we will not approach them about you unless you ask us to and name the person we should speak with.
Do I have to be registered already?
Most roles require current registration with the regulator in the province or territory where you will work, or eligibility to register before the start date. New graduates and internationally educated professionals can still submit a profile. Tell us where you are in the process and we will talk it through.
How do I delete my profile or stop emails?
Contact us and we will remove your profile. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, so you can stop job alerts yourself at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and how you can ask to access, correct or withdraw it.
