How fast will you reply?
We read every message and reply by email. We have not set a fixed response time yet, and we would rather tell you that plainly than promise one we cannot meet. For a specific need, the staff request or profile forms put you in the right queue.
I want to unsubscribe from job alert emails. How?
Use the unsubscribe link in any job alert email. If you cannot find an email, send us a message with the form on this page and ask to be removed from job alerts. We act on unsubscribe requests promptly.
Where do I submit a resume?
Use the candidate profile form at Submit Your Profile. It asks for your licence, experience and where you want to work, so we can contact you about roles that match. It is free for candidates, always.
How do I request staff?
Use the Request Staff form. Tell us the role, the site, the dates and any requirements. We review your request and reply, and we explain fee terms before any engagement starts. There is no obligation to proceed.
Is there a cost to candidates?
No. Free for candidates. Always. The facility pays for our service, so candidates are never charged to submit a profile, subscribe to job alerts or be placed in a role.
Do you place in Quebec?
We do not currently place in Quebec. We place in every other Canadian province and territory, so tell us where you want to work or where your facility is and we will say plainly whether we can help.
