What outsourcing can mean
You choose how much to hand over. We confirm at assessment which of these we can support for your needs.

Project or volume hiring
A new long-term care home, clinic or program opening that needs many hires in a short window.
Managed workforce pool
A pool of qualified staff with scheduling support and payroll, supplying coverage as needed.
Contract and relief staffingWho employs the people hired depends on the model, and we set it out in writing before work begins.
Is outsourcing right for you?
A good fit
- Repeated vacancies across several sites
- A new site opening
- An HR team too stretched for the volume
- Inconsistent hiring across locations
Probably not yet
- A single vacancy: see direct hire
- One-off shift cover: see contract and relief staffing
- A program already run by an MSP: see vendor and managed programs

What we do
- Sourcing and screening
- Scheduling interviews
- Reference and registration checks
- Candidate communication
Where a collective agreement applies, postings and selection steps follow it. We work inside your rules.
Compliance and credentials
We verify registration with the provincial or territorial regulator and collect the documents you require. We follow privacy law (PIPEDA) for candidate information, and CASL for email contact. We follow the employment standards rules of the province where the work is done. We verify. We do not guarantee outcomes.

Pricing, in general terms
Pricing depends on the model you choose. We agree the model and the cost in writing before work begins. No rates are published here, because the right structure depends on your hiring volume and how much you hand over.
An honest note: we are early in our work. We would rather scope one site or one role family well than promise to run your whole workforce. A small first project is a good way to see how we work.
For professionals
Some of our client work is volume hiring for new or growing sites. Submit your profile and tell us where and when you want to work. We introduce you only with your consent. Free for candidates. Always.
Frequently asked questions
What is recruitment process outsourcing?
It means handing some or all of an organization's recruiting work to an outside partner, who works to the organization's standards. The scope can be broad or narrow, from a single role family at one site to a wider hiring program, and the organization keeps final hiring decisions.
Who employs the people hired?
In recruiting models, your organization is the employer. In a managed pool model, the arrangement is different and is set out in writing before work begins. Either way, you direct the day-to-day work, and we confirm the employment arrangement with you at the scoping stage.
Can you work with our union agreement?
Our process follows the posting and selection rules you give us. We do not bypass collective agreement requirements. At the scoping step we agree which steps stay with your team and which we run, so every posting and selection follows the rules that apply to your sites.
How do we start?
With a short assessment of your hiring needs, covering your vacancies, turnover and current process. No commitment is needed to discuss. From there we propose a scope, and we suggest starting with one site or one role family so you can see how we work first.
Do you hire for several provinces?
Yes. We recruit in every Canadian province and territory except Quebec, and we confirm the registration rules for each role during assessment. Rules and job titles differ by province, so we work to the requirements of the place where the work is done. We do not currently place in Quebec.
